Return & Refund Policy

At CartMantra, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. To start a return request, please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the product.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or UPI.

Please note that customized products, used items, or products damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.
